Police Clearance Certificate

Instructions:
1. Download the police clearance form by clicking the green button at the bottom of the page. 

2. Fill out the form. You can disregard the statement at the bottom of the form which reads "IMPORTANT: Please read and comply with the instructions on the back of this form before signing." You only need the one page.
    3. Visit your nearest police station to have your fingerprints taken. Fingerprints can be attached on a separate piece of paper so long as it clearly indicates that they were taken by the police station.
      4. Mail the completed form and fingerprints to a relative in Zimbabwe. Ask them to submit the form and fingerprints to the CID Headquarters (address below) and pay the US$75:

      5. If you do not have a relative who can make the payment you can transfer the payment, using the bank details below, to the CID account then submit proof of payment together with your application. Bank details:

      6. When the police clearance is ready, make arrangements with a relative to pick up the appropriate documents and mail them back to you. NB* Make sure you send and receive the original documents, photocopies will not be accepted.
